Mike Russell speaking at the Constitution Unit

Michael Russell MSP, Minister for Culture, External Affairs and the Constitution in the Scottish Government, will be speaking at the Constitution Unit at UCL at 6 pm next Monday, 9 November.  Details of the event are here.  With the white paper on an independence referendum due at the end of the month, this is a timely opportunity for a London audience to hear how the minister in direct charge of the National Conversation sees Scotland’s developing constitutional debates.
