Cardiff conference on ‘Life Under the Tories’

The Institute of Welsh Affairs, and the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University, are organising a conference on ‘Life under the Tories: the implications for Wales’.  It will take place in the Glamorgan Building at Cardiff University on Friday 4 December.  The speakers include Sir Emyr Jones-Parry, Cheryl Gillan MP and Nick Bourne AM, as well as a number of academics.  I’ll be speaking about ‘Financing Devolved Government’.  Details and a booking form are available here.
