E-mail updates on this blog

I’ve now worked out how readers can automatically be sent e-mails when this blog is updated.  There’s a button on the right, underneath the ‘Top posts’ section.  Click on it and follow the instructions.  You’re supposed to be able to choose to receive an email with each update, or once a week with all that week’s updates.  Please let me know how well it works.
