BBC Radio 4 are broadcasting a programme on Friday, 29 January on the problems of replacing the Forth Road Bridge. It’s called ‘Who Pays for the High Road North?’ and is presented by Douglas Fraser (BBC Scotland’s economics editor, and formerly Scottish political editor on the Herald). Details are available here. I’ve made some contributions to it, talking mostly about the more general issues of devolution finance that the replacement bridge raises.
The programme will be on at 11 am, and thereafter will (presumably) be available to listeners in the UK via the iPlayer.
