Slow news day

Just in case we’re bored by politics, first we have a case of an actual ‘small earthquake in Chile, no one killed’ (a famous real FT headline in the 1980s). The earthquake appears to have hit Peru too, and is perhaps medium-sized; but why let accuracy ruin a good line?

Then, the BBC in Liverpool reports a case of a man being bitten by a dog.

What an exciting election day this is!
