Evidence to Commons Scottish Affairs Committee

Following my appearance at Holyrood last week, I shall be giving evidence on the Scotland bill to the House of Commons Scottish Affairs Committee at 2.30 pm this coming Wednesday, 16 February. I’m sitting on a panel with Iain McLean from Oxford, Drew Scott from Edinburgh and Andrew Hughes-Hallett from George Mason and St Andrews. We’re to be followed by the Secretary of State, Michael Moore, and the junior minister at the Scotland Office, David Mundell.  Apparently we’re to be televised, as well as the usual ways of recording such committee hearings.

My memorandum of evidence to the Committee is HERE, and all the written evidence submitted to the Committee (including mine) is here.
